The Bear Native Story
Locally sourced,
floral design on the Mid North Coast.
My love for flowers started young, watching my Pa in his orchid greenhouse, seeing the joy he got from looking after them and caring for his garden.
As I grew older, many of my afternoons were spent wandering the fence line of our property, foraging whatever I could find to arrange into a vase for Mum.

After visiting my husband’s homeland of England, I quickly began to fall in love with the aesthetic magic that is floral design.
Much of my inspiration comes from this beautiful country, along with my travels throughout other parts of the UK and its picturesque countryside. Seeing God’s incredible creations everywhere I went combined with my love for animals and wildlife, is the reason The Bear Native exists today.

The Bear Native style consists of a variety of soft seasonal florals, mixed with fine dried textures and native Australian flowers.
I love how this fusion of florals can showcase hints of Australia yet remain elegant, soft and feminine; capturing that effortless feeling of harmony.
